What are your operating hours?

We are open Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM.  Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM  & 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM.  Closed on Sunday.  We are also closed on New Years Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.  We are open until Noon on Christmas Eve, and New Years Eve.

How does your Low Price Guarantee work?
Find your order for less & we'll match the price or refund the difference. You must present a current price list from a local agency within 7 days of purchase. To match a website price, they must have a physical address and an Official Location icon. Some promotions including theme park internet promotions are excluded
How far in advance do I have to order?

When ordering tickets you have several different options on how you can receive your tickets.

Office Pickup:  Tickets must be purchased at least 5 days prior to arrivals.  If you are arriving within 5 days please call us 1-877-273-5636.  We try to accommodate everyone.

Delivery:  Tickets must be purchased at least 5 days prior to arrival.  If you are arriving within 5 days please call us 1-877-273-5636.  We try to accommodate everyone.

Shipping: 
            Domestic (FREE):  All orders that are shipped within the continental United States must be ordered at least two weeks prior to arrival.  Rush deliveries are available for an additional charge of $15.  Call for details.
            International ($15):  All orders that are shipped outside the continental United States must be ordered at least 3 weeks prior to arrival.  Rush Deliveries are available for an additional charge of $15.  Call for details.

What is a PREARRANGED SPECIAL REQUEST?
First of all it's made before you place your order. Secondly, it's when we do whatever we can to accomodate your delivery needs. The most common examples include rush orders & afternoon deliveries.
What if I want my tickets delivered?
If you elect to have us deliver your tickets to your hotel or vacation rental unit, you must be present and sign for delivery. You must present your credit card you charged in your name with a matching photo driver's license or passport. There is a $10 Fee for all deliveries.
Will you honor internet prices if we order by phone?
Yes. If you order before you arrive.
Can I add options to my tickets later?
Yes.You can add options or days to Disney tickets up to 14 days after your first day of usage.
What do I do if I don't see what I want?
Contact us. We can arrange almost anything.
Where can I rent a wheelchair?
They are available at the entrance of each theme park.
Can I pay by cash or travelers checks?
Yes. Just place your order by phone & pay upon delivery.
