What are your operating hours? |
Office Hours: Monday - Saturday: 8am – 5pm. Sunday: 8am - Noon.
Ordering Department Hours: 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday. 8am - 5pm on Saturday and 8am - Noon on Sunday.
Holiday Hours: We are closed on New Years Day, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

How does your Low Price Guarantee work?

Find your order for less & we'll match the price or refund the difference. You must present a current price list from a local agency within 7 days of purchase. To match a website price, they must have a physical address and an Official Location icon. Some promotions including theme park internet promotions are excluded

How far in advance do I have to order?

When ordering tickets you have several different options on how you can receive your tickets.
Office Pickup: Instant processing
Shipping:
US ($10): Orders shipped within the continental United States must be ordered at least one (1) week prior to arrival.
Express ($20): Orders shipped Express (2 Business Days) within the continental United States. All orders received before 11:00 AM will be shipped out same day. Orders received after 11:00 AM or on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on the next business day.
UK & Canada ($20): All orders that are shipped outside the continental United States must be ordered at least 3 weeks prior to arrival. Arriving within 3 weeks? Call us!
(We can only ship to the billing address of the credit card that is used)

Can I add options to my tickets later? |
Yes.You can add
options or days to Disney tickets up to 14 days after your first day of
usage.

They are available at the entrance of each theme park.
